A paid order may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of payment only if production has not started. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Custom products are not eligible for return because of a change of mind or another non-quality reason.
Artwork responsibility

CHIPS CUSTOM may reject artwork or an order containing unlawful, infringing, racially discriminatory or hateful content. The customer is responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling and artwork orientation before submitting the order.
