Production time
Custom poker chips are made to the specification and artwork submitted with the order. Production is completed and the order is dispatched within 7 business days after the order is placed.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days depending on the destination country. This estimate is separate from the 7-business-day production period. Customs processing, carrier disruption or an incomplete address may extend transit time.
Tracking and carriers
Our order tracking system follows the order from design review through production, packing, dispatch and shipment tracking. The carrier is selected according to the destination country and available service.
Worldwide delivery, duties and taxes
We accept worldwide delivery destinations. Shipping methods, import duties, taxes and whether a charge is included or payable by the customer depend on the destination country and order. Contact us before payment if the responsibility for a destination is unclear.
Changes and cancellations
A paid order may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of payment only if production has not started. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately and include the order number.
Custom product returns
Because each set is made to the customer's specification, returns are not accepted for a change of mind or another non-quality reason.
Damage or order issues
Report damage, an incorrect order or a printing error within 3 days of delivery. Keep the product and packaging, and provide the order number, clear photographs, video where useful and packaging photographs. After review, the available resolution may be a remake, reshipment, partial refund or full refund. CHIPS CUSTOM pays the related shipping cost for a confirmed quality issue.
Address errors
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. If an incorrect address supplied with the order requires another shipment, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
